Portions pour 2 servings:
1 banana
8oz strawberries
1 tbsp brown sugar
A good way to use up unripe or damaged strawberries!!!
Remove the damaged parts of the strawberries and cut them in small pieces directly in a small pan. Pell and cut a banana in thin slices. Sprinkle with sugar, stir and cook on low heat taking care that it does not burn. Serve when the banana and the strawberries are soft.
Excellent for breakfast on cereals, brunch or dessert!!!
